Blender Method
1. Mix
Tear open the package and pour into 500 mL of your choice of milk (e.g., 2% dairy, oat milk) in your Creami container.
💡 Tips:
Higher Protein: Use Fairlife® 2% milk – 26 g protein per 480 mL.
Lower Calorie: Use Silk® Unsweetened Almond Milk – only 60 cal per 480 mL.
2. Shake
Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Freeze
Place in freezer overnight or at least 6 hours.
4. Creami Time
Insert into Ninja Creami and select Light Ice Cream Mode.
5. Texture Perfection
Let sit at room temperature 5 minutes before spinning to avoid a crumbly texture.
If crumbly, Respin and add a splash of milk to smooth it out.
6. Add Your Toppings
Instead of respinning, you can add mix-ins after the first run and use Mix-In Mode.

7. Enjoy!
Scoop your guilt-free, high-protein, silky-smooth, delicious ice cream.
After Step 2:
Freeze mixture in an ice cube tray or a flattened freezer bag.
Once frozen, break into chunks and blend until ice cream texture is achieved.
Add toppings and enjoy!
